1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website sexcamsvr.com(the “Site”), operated by SexCamsVR (“SexCamsVR”, “we”, “us”) from Latvia (European Union). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Age requirement (18+)

The Site contains and links to adult, sexually explicit material and is strictly for adults. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that it is lawful for you to access adult content where you are located. 3. Nature of the service

SexCamsVR is a discovery and directory platform. We index and link to live cam performers hosted on third-party providers (such as Stripchat). We do not host, produce, stream, moderate, or control any cam content. All streams, images, performer profiles, and related content are provided, hosted, and controlled entirely by the respective third-party providers and performers. We have no editorial control over that content and make no representation that it is accurate, available, or appropriate.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Outbound links from the Site to third-party providers are affiliate links. If you click through and sign up for or purchase services from those providers, we may earn a commission. This comes at no additional cost to you — you pay the same price you would if you had visited the provider directly. Affiliate relationships do not influence the listings in any way that changes this disclosure.

5. No warranty — service provided “as is”

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Model listings, online status, thumbnails, and third-party content may change, become inaccurate, or go offline at any time without notice. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any particular performer or stream will be available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SexCamsVR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any third-party content or service accessed through it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law of Latvia or the European Union.

7. Third-party services

When you click through to a third-party provider such as Stripchat, you leave the Site and become subject to that provider’s own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, your dealings with those providers, including any payments, subscriptions, content, or account matters. Please review the third party’s terms before using their service.

8. Intellectual property

Performer names, usernames, thumbnails, and stream content belong to the respective third-party providers and performers, and are displayed for the purpose of directing you to those providers. Those marks and materials remain the property of their owners. The Site’s own structure, layout, design, and original editorial text are the property of SexCamsVR and may not be copied or reused except as permitted by law. 9. Prohibited use

You agree that you will not:
