DMCA & Takedown Policy
Last updated: 25 June 2026
1. Our role
SexCamsVR is a discovery and directory platform that indexes and links to live cam performers hosted on third-party providers (such as Stripchat). We do not host, store, produce, or stream the actual cam content or media. The thumbnails and listings shown on sexcamsvr.com(the “Site”) are drawn from third-party provider feeds and remain under the control of those providers and the performers themselves.
2. Where to send takedown requests
Because we do not host the underlying media, most takedown requests for the actual content (videos, streams, or images at their source) should be directed to the hosting provider — for example, Stripchat — which is in a position to remove the content at its origin.
That said, if a listing, thumbnail, or link on our Site references material you believe infringes your rights, we will promptly remove or delist it from the Site on a valid request. Send your request to [email protected].
3. How to file a takedown / DMCA notice
To help us act quickly, please include all of the following in your notice:
- identification of the copyrighted work or other material you claim has been infringed;
- the exact URL(s) on our Site where the listing, thumbnail, or link appears, so we can locate it;
- your contact information (full name, email address, and, where relevant, the rights holder you represent);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
4. Our response
We review every valid notice and act on it promptly. Where a request is valid, we will remove or delist the affected listing, thumbnail, or link from the Site. We may contact you if we need more information to locate or verify the material.
5. Counter-notice
If you believe a listing or link was removed in error — for example, because you hold the rights or have authorization — you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected]. Your counter-notice should identify the material that was removed, its location before removal, your contact information, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
6. Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, delist or block sources, listings, or links associated with repeat infringement of intellectual-property rights.
7. Non-consensual or illegal content
We have zero tolerance for illegal content. If you come across any listing or link on the Site that you believe involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or any other unlawful content, please report it to us immediately at [email protected].
We remove such material from the Site as soon as we become aware of it, refer the underlying content to the relevant hosting provider, and cooperate with law enforcement and competent authorities as required. Serious matters such as CSAM should also be reported directly to the appropriate authorities without delay.
8. This is a policy, not legal advice
This page explains how to request removal of content from the Site and is provided for information only. It is not legal advice. If you need advice about your rights or obligations, please consult a qualified lawyer.
