18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

1. Our role

SexCamsVR is a discovery and directory platform that indexes and links to live cam performers hosted on third-party providers (such as Stripchat). We do not produce, create, host, or store any sexually explicit content. All content shown after you click through to a provider is produced, hosted, and controlled entirely by those third-party providers and the performers themselves. The thumbnails and listings shown on sexcamsvr.com(the “Site”) are drawn from third-party provider feeds.

2. Exemption from § 2257 record-keeping

Because we do not produce or host any sexually explicit content, we are not a “producer” of such content within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A, and the record-keeping requirements of those sections do not apply to us. Accordingly, SexCamsVR keeps no 2257 records of its own, because it has no underlying content to which such records would relate.

3. Where 2257 records are held

All age-verification and § 2257 record-keeping for the actual content rests with the third-party providersthat produce and host it. Those providers are the producers responsible for maintaining records demonstrating that every performer was an adult at the time of production. 4. Our commitment

Even though we do not produce or host content, we take this seriously:

• we list only performers represented by our providers as adults aged 18 or older;
• we do not knowingly link to any content involving minors or any non-consenting person;
• we remove or delist any reported violation immediately upon becoming aware of it.
